Capturing a photo of kids after their first cleaning or to celebrate no cavities makes a great photo opportunity. Photos are taken and privately delivered to parents by email or SMS. Parents can then share the photos to their own social media accounts as they see fit.
But it is not just for kids, capturing the Perfect Smile after a teeth whitening or other procedure makes a great shareable photo. You can even combine a ‘Before’ photo with an ‘After’ photo in a collage app and then import it into FotoZap and share it with the patient.
Another idea is to capture a video testimonial by the patient.

How do we use the app to capture photos?
The process consists of three parts
- Snap one or more photos or videos of the patient. You can also import photos that were taken earlier.
- Enter the patient’s email or mobile phone number into the app.
- Then press the upload button on the app to end the photo session for that patient.
The whole experience only takes a few moments, but ensures that when the patient shares their experience on Facebook it will feature the clinic’s information and links. (Note that you can switch the order of #1 and #2)

You can use devices you already own. Each dental office license covers unlimited devices at the same clinic, so you can load the app onto your office iPad and any staff member’s iOS or Android phone.

The license fee for each dental office $199 a month. This includes:

If you purchase an annual contract, you save $500 off the standard price (so the cost is $149/month).
You need one license for each clinic location (business address).
Can we try it for free?
When you create your account, you instantly have a dentist themed photo sharing website and you can start taking photos with the FotoZap app. You will have three campaigns with themed overlays: Cavity Free Club, My First Cleaning, and Perfect Smile.
You can then create your own branded overlay and swap it out, as well as customize all of the other elements on the website. You can connect it to your email marketing service and track traffic with Google Analytics.
Everything is fully functional but each photo you take has a “Demo Mode” watermark. When you pay with your credit card, that watermark will disappear on any new photos you take.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all dental offices within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, then simply send us an email and we will refund your money right away. Our goal has always been to use the power of photos to create an effective marketing tool. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy subscriber.
