Grow Your Email Marketing List
Your customers provide their email address when they go online to claim their photo with their Photo Access Card.
The guest receives an attractive email with a thumbnail and link to their photo. All online elements, including this email, are fully customizable in your online dashboard.
A database of all collected email addresses can be downloaded from your online dashboard. If you use an email newsletter service (Constant Contact or MailChimp), you can configure the system so that email addresses are instantly saved to your email newsletter list.
Create Social Referrals
By capturing one-of-a-kind photos of your customers with Fotozap, your customers promote your Laser Tag operation as they share their photo to Facebook, Twitter and by email.
Use the online dashboard to customize the branding and text that will accompany Facebook posts, Twitter tweets, etc. Track the social results as they happen.

When is the best time to take a photo?
Our current customers have found that the best time to take the photo is right before the battle. Everyone is geared up, guns in hand, and waiting to enter the arena. Energy and spirits are running high and that really gets conveyed in the photo. These photos get widely shared on social media.
Fotozap allows you to take and distribute Photo Access Cards very quickly to take advantage of this moment.
Although some people do not like to have their photo taken after the battle, you can experiment with taking photos of the winners at the end of the battle. We included the photo overlay “Laser Tag Champions” for this purpose.
How do we use the app to capture photos?
The process consists of three parts
- Scan a Photo Access Card…one for each guest. To increase speed, we also offer a perforated 5-part photo access card that allows you to scan the card once and then hand it out to 5 guests who can split it apart. So for a group of 20 people, you can just scan 4 of these cards.
- Then snap one or more photos of the group with the Fotozap app. You can even grab a quick video of them giving a cheer.
- Press the upload button on the app to end the photo session for that group. You are now ready for the next guests.
The whole experience only takes a few moments, but ensures that the laser tag battle will be talked about and shared on Facebook and other networks.
- Instead of using photo access cards, you can also type in the guest’s email or mobile phone number.
- You can take the photo before or after scanning the cards. You just have to remember to press the upload button at the end of each group’s photo session.
- To switch photo overlays, you can go to the ‘Settings’ menu and select another campaign.
What devices can I use to take the photo?
You can use the devices you already own. Each Laser Tag license covers unlimited devices at the same location, so staff members can load the app on their Android or iPhone.
For a dedicated device, we recommend:

How many different capture devices can we use?
The Laser Tag license is sold by location. So each license is valid for an unlimited number of capture devices and photos uploaded at your business address. If you have two different locations, for example, you would just need to purchase two licenses.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all laser tag centers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, then simply send us an email and we will refund your money right away. Our goal has always been to use the power of photos to create an effective marketing tool. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy subscriber.
How much does the system cost?
The license fee for each laser tag location is $199 a month. This includes:
- Unlimited photo and video uploads
- Unlimited staff member logins
- Unlimited capture devices
- Laser tag themed website
If you purchase an annual contract, you save an additional $500 off the standard price (so the price is $149/month).
You need one license for each laser tag location (business address).
Standard Photo Access Cards are $210 per thousand. Set up fee is $280 per print run.
The special 5-part cards are $395 per thousand. Set up fee is $380 per print run.
