A creative approval checklist for an event photo experience

Approve the whole photo experience, not only the hero image. Screens, capture treatment, prints, delivery messages and destination pages all carry creative. A correct logo on the photo does not fix an outdated event name in the email.
Build an output inventory
List each surface the guest sees and identify its approver. Record the filename or version for screen artwork and photo treatments. Add the sender name, message copy and final destination link to the same review.
Check spelling, dates and sponsor hierarchy across the inventory. Review mobile and print outputs at their real sizes. If the experience includes motion, watch the full sequence rather than approving a still frame.
Close approval before setup
Return one consolidated set of changes to the provider. Ask which changes require another production test and allow time for that work. Mark superseded assets clearly so an old attachment cannot become the live creative.
Use the booking timeline to schedule these decisions. At installation, compare a complete test session with the approved inventory before accepting the setup.
Give each surface an acceptance test
| Surface | Pass when |
|---|---|
| Welcome screen | A new guest understands the offer |
| Photo treatment | People remain clear inside approved creative |
| Text and marks read at actual size | |
| Message | Sender, event and retrieval action are recognizable |
| Web destination | Guest finds and saves the right output |
Use a final sample set rather than five disconnected file approvals. Fotozap connects branded capture, personalization and delivery, so these touchpoints can form one coherent journey.
Keep a single open-item list during review. “Artwork approved except delivery copy” means the creative inventory is still incomplete; it should not silently become permission to open with whatever message is configured.
