What to confirm before using your own photo booth equipment

Confirm compatibility and operating responsibility before supplying your own equipment. A device that runs other photo software is not automatically suitable for the proposed experience. Send the actual camera, tablet, lighting and printer inventory for compatibility review; the model details matter more than calling the equipment a booth.
Send a complete inventory
List model details, available accessories and the intended output. Include printing hardware if physical takeaways are required. Identify which components belong in the capture configuration and which need separate setup or support. Resolve device compatibility before the rehearsal.
Do not wait until setup to connect an untested printer or substitute another device. Changes can affect artwork, capture behavior and the guest handoff.
Assign support boundaries
Decide who configures the equipment, transports it, operates it and resolves hardware issues. Software support and physical equipment support may be different responsibilities. Put those boundaries in the event scope.
Picture Marketing supports supplied equipment or your equipment across capture options. Map the jobs around the chosen kit, including transport, configuration and hardware support. Complete a full rehearsal with the actual equipment before deciding that a software-only quote covers the whole event.
A bring-your-own-equipment handover
Send a list of device/model, camera, lighting, printer, accessories, and person configuring it. Attach the intended output. That lets technical review address the real setup instead of a statement that you “already own a booth.”
Picture Marketing supports your equipment or supplied equipment for relevant capture configurations. Fotozap software is one part of that arrangement; physical transport, installation and hardware servicing remain separate jobs unless purchased.
Test the exact kit that goes to the event. Substituting a different printer at load-in is a change to the tested configuration, even if the replacement appears similar. Keep a record of which kit passed the rehearsal and who accepts substitutions.
