How guests find their photos after roaming capture

Plan the delivery explanation before sending a roaming photographer into the room. Guests need to know how to find their image after the photographer moves on. The correct method depends on the configured capture and retrieval workflow.
Test the link between person and image
Have the provider demonstrate the supported process using several successive groups. Confirm how each group retrieves the right output and what the photographer must do before leaving. A successful camera upload alone does not prove that guests can identify their photos.
Keep instructions short enough to give in a busy room. If cards, codes or other retrieval materials are part of the setup, confirm quantities and replenishment responsibilities.
Prepare help after the encounter
Tell guests where to get support if they cannot retrieve the image. Brief any fixed help desk or booth staff who may receive these questions. Avoid making them guess which capture process the roaming team used.
Review delivery options and include retrieval in the rehearsal. The guest should understand the next step before the photographer approaches another group.
Rehearse three groups in sequence
Capture three small test groups one after another. Have each retrieve its own output after the photographer moves away. Check the association between session and retrieval, not merely that three images uploaded.
Write the staff explanation in one sentence: “You receive this image by [actual method]; use [retrieval step]; help is at [place/contact].” Fill it with the chosen workflow.
Fotozap supports roaming capture with branded delivery and photo access options. Select and rehearse the mechanism your event uses. Do not mix instructions from access cards, individual delivery and a shared gallery into one vague “find it online” answer. The guest should leave the encounter knowing the exact next action.
