Faster than typed capture

ABC presents its fall schedule to advertisers at the Upfront, and the pre-show reception runs about forty-five minutes. The brief was to put VIPs alongside the stars of seven key shows in that window, with every photo branded to its own show.

We delivered seven custom-skinned photo kiosks, one per show, each in front of its own backdrop. Entering an email address or phone number at each station would have slowed the queue.

So we used individually coded photo access cards instead. Guests tapped a card and moved on, and their photos found them afterwards. That ran roughly six times faster than capturing contact details at the point of capture, helping the team serve guests within the pre-show window.

Where would yours run?

One store or three hundred. Same answer.
