Photo booth collection: who signs off after the event?

Name who releases the photo booth equipment after the event and who collects it. The organizer who approved setup may have left by then. Collection needs its own access window and contact, especially when the venue closes immediately after guests depart.
Finish the guest handoff first.
Confirm remaining print pickups, support instructions and any approved outstanding requests. Do not let packing begin while guests still believe the station is operating. Give the attendant a clear final-capture rule.
Agree who packs each component and whether your team should handle anything. A delivered kit, staffed rental and organizer-owned setup create different responsibilities.
Reconfirm the exit route
Check service entrances, elevator access and vehicle arrangements for removal. An entrance available during daytime loading may be locked or occupied later. Keep cases accessible without storing them in guest circulation.
Record the handover using the provider’s process. Review load-in and access when planning removal rather than assuming the installation instructions work in reverse without changes.
A collection release checklist
Release the station only when capture is closed, remaining outputs have an owner, the packing responsibility is clear, and the exit route is available. Name the person accepting that state.
A staffed rental includes a crew operating the equipment, while a supplied-kit arrangement can assign different tasks to the organizer. The event brief should identify which model applies before the final attendant’s shift ends.
Use a final call to the collection contact if venue access has changed. Do not leave equipment in an unapproved public area because the guest event is over. The end of participation and completion of the equipment handover are different milestones.
